What is Fibro Feelings?

Well, my scheduled ended up changing drastically and we no longer have house guests. Yesterday we made good use of the time to relax and took a nap, watched tv, ate random meals/snacks and just kicked back. We did run three short errands, but we also ate a big breakfast at a local cafe that we hadn’t been to in quite awhile. It was starting to feel like fall and I felt like it fit perfectly with my need for a change and breath of fresh air! I can’t wait to go the pumpkin patch soon. I’m hoping my eye will stop twitching now that I’m feeling less stressed.

A few days ago I got fitted for a pregnancy support belt and unfortunately was in between the two closest sizes. I’m going to try washing it and drying it on low heat in hopes that the one I got shrinks a tiny bit. I’m guessing it will since it says to line/hang dry it only. The good news is that even though the belt could fit a little better it seems to be helping with my back and leg pain! I’m shocked because it doesn’t seem to do much, but somehow it really helps. Somehow I ended up scratching/cutting myself on the Velcro straps when I was getting dressed though. I’ve got Band-aids on both my thumbs now, but I’m hoping if it shrinks a little it will be easier to get dressed/undressed without scratching my hands.

I’m really hoping to get a massage this or next week, which will be my first while I’ve been pregnant. I began the process of getting out all my Halloween decorations out and putting my summer decorations away. This week I’ll probably finish that up and start washing all of the bedding and stuff that our house guests used, but besides that and a few appointments that I have I plan on taking it pretty easy.
